This project included full EPCM works for the following areas.
• Mechanical Pumping System Design & Documentation
• Electrical System Design & Tender preparation
• Supply of Cyclone separation system
• Supply of Mass Flow Bin (7.0 Metre)
• Supply of Surge Bin (5.0 Metre)
• Design and Supply of six (6) fabricated Pump set bases

Salt Village on the Tweed Coast, far north NSW, is a 73 hectare residential and tourist community with a 1.2km frontage to the Pacific Ocean. The Tweed Coast is a subtropical environment boasting five World Heritage Listed national parks, state forests, unspoilt waterways and abundant bird and animal life. As principal civil works contractor and civil project manager respectively, South East Excavations and Cardno MBK Qld were important players in the development.
Measures instituted to protect this fragile environment included using hydrotransportation to move sand over a distance of 7.5km
