After the success of the SEPR Q1 project in Brisbane, their parent company, the multinational Saint-Gobain Group, placed an order with Robbins to supply two new Quench Tunnel units to their Huntsville operation in Alabama, USA.
These units were manufactured in Brisbane and installed in Huntsville. Robbins administered the complete Project from supply of the equipment and site installation to on site commissioning.
Both units have operated extremely well in raising the yield of zirconia prill product, cutting direct labour costs and dramatically increasing the level of safety during processing. |
