| Structure The Company is wholly owned by the Robbins family and consists of a multi-disciplined group of core staff and specialist associate consultants. Through this versatility Robbins provide practical, cost effective and professional solutions to its Clients in the mineral sands industry. Projects are executed through a well proven management system working in conjunction with an internal project co-ordination team. The versatile work force and management system has allowed Robbins to manage projects with capital budgets in excess of $100 million dollars and regularly execute several large projects concurrently. Personnel The Company employs a core group of 15 permanent personnel supported by suitable contractors on a need only basis. This sees the Company’s overall manpower fluctuate at peak times to around 55. Robbins have also developed strong working relationships with other specialist consultancy groups which ensure additional resources are available as required.
